eveo Refund Policy

eveo strives to keep you 100% fulfilled and satisfied, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee if you feel the quality of the product is less than promised.

If inside 30 days of use, you are not satisfied with the product and would like a refund, contact the eveo Support Team. You can reach us via email info@eveo.nz  

Upon request of a refund for items, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was initially charged to no later than seven business days after the request. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit. There will be no refund issued on the shipping charges for your order.

What if I want to return a product?

Eveo does not have the ability to accept returned products. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please see the above policies regarding product refunds. Must be within 30 days of purchase.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Within minutes of placing your order, someone from the eveo team may be picking and packing your order. In order to change or cancel your order, you must do so before it ships.

What if my package says it was delivered, but the package did not arrive?

eveo is not responsible for the delivery of the package once the carrier ( NZ Post, DHL ) takes possession of the item. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.

What if I typed the wrong address and/or purchased the wrong products?

eveo is not responsible for packages with incorrect address entry or incorrect products ordered. Eveo does not cover reorder or re-shipping costs for incorrect address entry on orders or incorrect products purchased.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
