A former competitive athlete in boxing, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit, she combines real-world experience with academic credentials—a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sport Nutrition. Eske has worked with elite teams and organizations, including High Performance Sport NZ, WRU, Chiefs Rugby, and NZ Rowing, cementing her reputation as a trusted authority in performance nutrition.

Eske’s career is as diverse as it is impressive. She ran a successful Sport Nutrition clinic in Hamilton, founded a gym and PT studio in the Netherlands (where she also authored her first book, Coach Education), and now, back in the Waikato, serves as a Level 3 NZSCA practitioner, strength & conditioning trainer, wellness consultant and public speaker.
